  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During sale periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

    Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Once dispatched, we are unable to make changes to your delivery address.

Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with 33 SKIN.

  • We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

    If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • To request a return, email support@33skin.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide next steps.

    Refunds are processed to the original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
